Project Officer - Contracts Admin / Building industry — The Rocks, Sydney

Project Services & BAs Sydney Contract Government Relations 2/5/2025 We have a Project Officer role with one of our Government departments. These roles will perform project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives. Key accountabilities Conducting Building audits. Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology. Necessary experience: Project/Program administration experience within the building industry Knowledge of building codes Experience with contract administration Knowledge of Fire safety systems and maintenance requirement as per AS1851 would be ideal Advanced MS excel, Outlook, data management and reporting skills.
