About the Role The Monash Doctors Workforce (MDW) is responsible for overseeing Junior Medical Staff (JMS) rotations, delivering employee services to both Junior and Senior Medical Staff (JMS & SMS), and providing expert guidance on all aspects of medical staff employment at Monash Health. As the Administration Assistant, you will provide essential operational support under the direction of the Director, Monash Doctors Workforce. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all Monash Health staff and external stakeholders, managing communications via phone, email, and in person. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for all those engaging with the Medical Workforce Unit. We offer flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model of both remote and on-site work. This opportunity arises as the current Administration Assistant transitions to another role within the team.
