Job Description Installation, maintenance, and repair of high-tech diagnostic analysers used in pathology and clinical environments. Diagnosing complex faults, performing software/hardware upgrades, and completing modifications to ensure optimal system performance. Providing detailed service reports, tracking spare parts inventory, and making service recommendations to the technical team. Delivering a high standard of customer service and support both on-site and remotely. Participating in an on-call rotation and providing telephone support as required. The Successful Applicant A technically minded and proactive professional with a strong background in field service, diagnostics, or medical instrumentation. Holds an advanced diploma or degree in electronics, mechatronics, robotics, or a related field. Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills and can operate both independently and as part of a broader team. Displays exceptional communication skills and can liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Has a valid driver's licence and is comfortable travelling to customer sites across metro and regional areas.
