About the role: In this role, you will undertake clerical and administrative responsibilities for the Concrete and Aggregates Transport business in NSW/ACT as well as support the Regional Logistics Manager. This is a key role providing support, coordinating communications and compliance within the team and applying organisational skills to ensure the team operates efficiently. Key responsibilities: Maintain a safe system of work in the workplace and comply with all relevant safety, health and environment legislation Assist in ensuring accurate completion of monthly reporting and monitoring (i.e. Charge vs. Pay, Profit & Loss statements, KPI reports, etc.) Assist with all driver onboarding for concrete and aggregates, manage and update the national onboarding sheet Administer and manage contractor/driver compliance (Rego, insurances, licenses, vendor set up, vehicle changes, medicals, probity, fatigue management, driver assessments) Ensure all purchase orders are entered accurately prior to receiving invoice and are receipted in a timely manner General administrative duties Vendor adjustments Contract management Skills and experience required: Prior experience in administration or similar role Strong time management and organisational skills Can do attitude and team player High attention to detail Knowledge of transport and logistics industry (ideal but not a must) Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders What's in it for you 13.5% superannuation A range of employee discounts Access to mental and physical well-being initiatives Learning and Development programs Recognition and service awards Why Holcim?
