The Role Silk is looking to appoint a motivated and reliable individual to join our Human Resource Team as a HR & Recruitment Administrator. This position is available for immediate start and requires an efficient professional with the qualifications, skills, energy, focus and experience to support the growth of the company. As the HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will provide experienced support and advice to the HR team and company, across all key HR and administration functions including but not limited to HRIS support, high volume recruitment, on-boarding, employee data maintenance and travel bookings. Key position Responsibilities: Providing all levels of the business first response support on HR and Recruitment solutions. Assisting in the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, reference checking, immigration checks and maintenance of employment documentation. Maintain the integrity of our recruitment system and HRIS system. Process new employee onboarding and current employee change of conditions. Contributing to the design, development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives, reports, projects and procedures to implement at a national and local level. Help facilitate the recruitment for all hotels and new hotel recruitment transitions. Contributing to the development of HR forms, templates and other documents. Assist in general administration duties of maintaining data integrity, responding to emails, booking travel and flights. Ensure compliance with all legal, company and regulatory standards relating to HR & Safety. About You: Proven experience in a similar position. Extensive experience and understanding of high-volume Recruitment, preferred. Flexible and adaptable to a changing and growing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly and effectively. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Completed or studying towards a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Occupational Health and Safety and working rights in Australia. The benefits for you Be part of a growing business.
