Administration Officer, Medical Specialty Diagnostics, Full - time fixed term (12 months) · Location: Medical Specialty Diagnostics, Migrant Screening (MIGs) Program · Employment Type: 1.0EFT, Full time, Fixed Term for 12 month period · Salary: Classification Grade 1 (HS1) About the role Medical Specialty Diagnostics encompasses scientific specific services accross Respiratory & Sleep Disorders Medicine and Neurophysiology. The fixed term administration role will work within Medical Specialty Diagnostics team to support the Migrant Screening Program at Western Health. Throughout the 12-month duration, the role will be responsible for supporting the day to day tasks of managing referrals, coordinating clinics and relevant documentation in preparation for the MIGs clinic. In addition, the role will assist with data collection and implementation of new referral waitlist and management processes and other tasks as directed.
