Administrator – Schedule Transport & Escort Operations Immediate start | 8-week initial contract Located in Pinkenba Pay: $45–47 per hour Super | Potential to extend | Temp to perm opportunity possible Position Overview: Join a newly restructured department supporting administrative duties for an immigration detention centre. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the smooth coordination of essential scheduling services. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update transport schedules to ensure timely and accurate coordination. Audit SharePoint folders and ensure all transport paperwork is complete and compliant. Organise travel and transportation requirements aligned with operational needs.
