Administration Assistant (Immediate Start – Darra) — Darra, Brisbane

An opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant, working with a well-established and highly reputable local business located at Darra. With over 20 years’ experience in their field, this is a business that has continued to grow whilst remaining committed to exceptional client service. Duties include: Customer Service & Communication – Act as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls and delivering exceptional customer service. Sub-Contractor Coordination – Manage subcontractor relationships, work within client portals, follow up on licenses, certificates, and agreements, and provide job updates. Administrative & Office Support – Assist with the shared admin inbox, process deliveries, check materials, and handle general office duties. Scheduling Assistance – Provide backup support to the scheduler as needed. You should also demonstrate: Previous aligned administration experience. Well-developed written communication skills with high attention to detail. Interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus. Confidence using Microsoft Office (in particular, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook), together with a demonstrated ability to learn and use different technology. Fast and accurate keyboarding skills. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to organize your workload to meet competing timelines. Availability to work between 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. On-site car parking available. We anticipate that this temporary assignment will be required for approximately six months (however, the role may be appointed permanently in the future based on business needs and work volume).
