In this vital role, you will provide a broad range of clerical and administrative support services that are essential to the delivery of high-quality mental health care. From managing client records and scheduling appointments to responding to telephone and front desk enquiries, your work will support a multidisciplinary team and help ensure the smooth running of daily operations. As the Administration Reliever, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment, moving between various sites within the western services to provide leave cover for administration staff. To succeed in this role, you will have: Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative, and work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality. Experience in office/reception environments with proficiency in Microsoft Office and health-related systems such as CBIS, Q Master, and Sunrise. Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with systems like BASWARE and ORACLE, alongside a clear understanding of privacy and confidentiality standards.
