As an Operations Officer you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of members’ superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust. This will include maintaining data integrity, effective product delivery, timely and accurate maintenance of contribution and claims processing and high-quality account maintenance. You'll speak with our customers over the phone and a variety of written channels, so confident communication skills are key. Service to our members is the focal point of all sections within the business unit. As a key internal support function, the role requires effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Experience in a high workload environment. Demonstrated analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills. Superannuation or financial services experience is desirable Customer service-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Confidence across a range of technology and systems.
