What You'll Do Connect with guests via phone, email, chat, and online inquiries to promote and book unforgettable events Proactively follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive, guest-focused selling Customise event solutions for a variety of functions – from kids’ parties to team-building days and corporate celebrations Coordinate all event logistics with our venues, ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking to execution Build lasting guest relationships that drive repeat business and 5-star experiences Own your sales performance with a strong focus on hitting revenue targets, conversion rates, and daily KPIs Jump on guest issues quickly and professionally to keep every event on track and stress-free What You've Got A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call centre environment Proficiency in sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and strong closing ability Active listening skills to understand customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions Demonstrated empathy and patience when addressing guest concerns Strong problem-solving skills to address unique customer issues promptly Adaptability and creativity in a fast-paced sales environment Focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets consistently Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
