About the role: Operating within School Operations , the Student Services Officer is responsible for providing Student Services support for students enrolling on campus. This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders including the National School of Education (NSE) Course Administration Team, State and Deputy Heads on campus, Course Co-ordinators and Lecturers in Charge, Faculty Office, Student and Administration directorate to provide students a customer-centric student experience throughout their journey at ACU. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
