About the Role The Administrative Coordinator supports travel operations by managing team communications, processing travel requests, and coordinating project tasks. Key responsibilities include handling the team inbox and internal management systems, managing Amadeus queues, performing supplier audits, and providing frontline support. While the focus is on administrative coordination, there will be occasional requirements to assist with travel bookings. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering cost-effective solutions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office pertaining Excel. Knowledge of Amadeus and Tramada would be desirable Ability to multitask and manage a busy switchboard (accuracy is imperative when taking messages) Highly organized Confident in dealing with people at all levels of the business Professional verbal & written communication Proven record in high level time management Ability to demonstrate the 3 P’s: Positive, Polite & Professional at all times Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks to assist various departments – often at the last minute! Willingness to meet deadlines and speak openly when you cannot Education and Experience Proven Customer Service experience Demonstrated knowledge of both Tramada and Amadeus systems, as well as CTM systems, policies and processes, and the travel industry in general but not compulsory Experienced using a Global Distribution system (GDS) Working knowledge of the accounting principles associated with consulting Demonstrated experience commensurate with a minimum of 3 years within a similar Travel Management Company but not compulsory Experience using mid-office systems. Certificate 3 in Travel and Tourism or similar Travel diploma or degree but not compulsory Why CTM?
