About the Role This position is a permanent part time Administration Officer role for the Endoscopy team at Clayton. Your role will be to create an excellent first impression of Monash Health by providing a friendly, courteous and professional greeting to all visitors to Endoscopy Unit, Clayton either by telephone or in person. To provide efficient reception, secretarial and data base management associated with the patient admission through Monash Health and to actively support the Endoscopy Unit with all administrative needs. The role is responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails, processing referrals, scheduling appointments, managing wait list referrals, attending clinic and data entry. The successful incumbents require excellent communication and customer service skills in addition to intermediate computer skills. The Clayton Endoscopy unit aim to provide safe, high quality and timely care to our community. Our multi-disciplinary team work with humility, respect and kindness. We consistently strive to provide experiences that exceed expectation. The suites consists of 3 procedure rooms and provide a wide variety of elective interventional and emergency procedures, including Upper and Lower GI Endoscopy Procedures and Respiratory Services.
