We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in construction and local knowledge of the Western Australian climate and conditions. In this role, you will report directly to the Bid Manager, with your primary focus on tender support. Competitive remuneration and flexible work options Key responsibilities Provide engineering and technical support during the tendering process, including scope reviews, methodology development, and pricing support. Collaborate with estimators, planners, and bid teams to produce high-quality, competitive submissions. Offer ongoing technical input throughout project planning, execution, and close-out. Ensure engineering solutions align with local regulations, site constraints, and climate considerations specific to WA. Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders as part of the pre-contract and project delivery phases. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5–8 years’ experience in the construction industry, ideally within WA. Demonstrated success supporting tenders and delivering engineering solutions for complex infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of WA’s construction environment, standards, and climate challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
