Plus Superannuation (Pro-rata, Part-time) Location: Dandenong Chisholm is seeking an experienced Administrator for our Workplace Relations & Wellbeing Business Area. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Administrator, your key responsibilities include: Provide a professional customer focused service for the team that enhances the team’s image including assisting with enquiries, referring people to the relevant team member, conveying messages accurately, scheduling appointments and booking rooms Complete general TRIM filing, archiving and other team filing duties Create, maintain, and process documentation, records and data in accordance with agreed standards, requirements and timeframes Maintain case management systems ensuring case notes are updated in time for monthly reporting Assist the Workplace Relations & Wellbeing team with the organisation and filing of documentation and correspondence Ensure case files are prepared for meetings and legal processes upon request Prepare a range of regular documentation including reports, correspondence, papers, briefs and submissions as required Manage the purchase order and invoicing processes in accordance with Chisholm policy. Provide high quality customer service to all key internal and external stakeholders Role model best practice to stakeholders while creating and strengthening relationships across business areas and providing operational support to ensure key deliverables are met Develop and deliver reliable, informative reports and updates to key stakeholders Work with and support Chisholm community activities to support our workforce’s aspirations to contribute more broadly to the welfare and wellbeing of our Chisholm community and its students. ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in providing administrative support in a complex and demanding working environment Qualifications required for the role: Relevant qualifications at a minimum of Certificate level in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role ABOUT US Chisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne’s southeast and online.
