In this vital role, you’ll assist the multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality mental health services by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your work will contribute directly to the wellbeing of clients by supporting the clinical teams behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate client records, managing appointment schedules, handling telephone and front desk enquiries, and communicating with staff, external services, and members of the public.
