The Organisational Development (OD) team operates within a central people and culture function, supporting staff capability, leadership programs, and strategic talent initiatives. About the Role: As the Administrative Officer - Organisational Development, you'll play a key role in supporting training initiatives, executive recruitment coordination, and day-to-day communications. You'll manage inbox queries, prepare workshop materials, and ensure seamless logistical support for various organisational development programs. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the OD team inbox, triaging queries and ensuring timely follow-ups * Coordinate logistics for leadership and training programs * Provide onsite support during workshops and learning events * Assist with OD projects including values initiatives and talent programs * Book and manage rooms for development sessions and staff events Experience and Skills: * Proven admin experience, ideally within OD, HR, or education settings * Highly organised with excellent multitasking and time management skills * Strong written and verbal communication abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Confident working both independently and collaboratively The successful candidate will need a valid Employee WWCC Dixon Appointments values diversity and inclusion and is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and barrier-free recruitment experience.
