Home Job Info Teaching Role Description/Criteria The position is a full-time leave replacement for Semester 2, 2025. The successful candidate will instil confidence in their students, set high expectations and be able to reflect on their practice to enable students to achieve their best. The teacher’s responsibilities include preparing lessons, providing academic support, and fostering good relationships. You will uphold a classroom environment that motivates and challenges students of all backgrounds and abilities. You should be comfortable working to deadlines and also be open to feedback. You will foster critical thinking and problem-solving. In addition to meeting education and professional requirements, you will be a skilled communicator capable of inspiring and building excellent rapport with students and colleagues. A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children, along with a willingness to be involved in the life of Sacred Heart Girls’ College is required.
