About the Role As Head of Hospitality Sales , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the national sales strategy across the hospitality sector. This newly created position offers the unique opportunity to lead a $150M portfolio across key subchannels including QSR, accommodation, and catering. Reporting to the Managing Director and being a key stakeholder/member of the SLT, you will lead a team of three high-performing National Sales Managers (as well as dedicated resource in the field) with responsibility for each of the major subchannels. You will also work closely with broader functional teams across marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure flawless execution and continuous customer value. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the total channel strategy for the hospitality sector nationally Manage and mentor a team of three national leaders with dotted-line influence over their respective channel teams Drive growth through acquisition and expansion of major accounts Build strategic customer partnerships across QSR, accommodation, and catering sectors Deliver on revenue, margin and performance targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment Provide market insights and commercial recommendations to the executive team Champion a performance-driven, customer-focused culture across the business About You You’re a seasoned sales leader with a strong track record of delivering results within the hospitality or foodservice sector. You’re commercially astute, a strategic thinker, and a people-focused leader who knows how to inspire and empower high-performing teams. Key Requirements 5–10 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role Proven success managing national or regional sales teams in the hospitality/QSR channels Background in selling food, beverage, equipment, chemicals, or packaging into hospitality and relevant subchannels.
