These roles work closely with colleagues across APS Recruitment and the wider department to support key objectives such as performance, productivity, reporting, collaboration, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll provide significant administrative and processing support across a range of recruitment activities, including placing job advertisements and completing candidate onboarding. While these positions do not involve candidate screening, they require strong customer service skills and the ability to provide clear, accurate advice and guidance on recruitment matters, working within Defence’s legislative and policy frameworks. A merit pool will be created to fill future roles that become available.
