We're looking for a motivated sales professional who knows the ins and outs of civil plumbing, especially external and underground works. If you’ve got industry experience, existing relationships and a passion for building strong client relationships, this could be the perfect role for you. About the Role: In this role, you’ll leverage your industry knowledge and established network to identify new business opportunities and support an existing client base. With a strong focus on service and accountability, you’ll work closely with contractors, project managers, and suppliers to deliver tailored plumbing solutions that meet the demands of civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the civil plumbing sector Identify sales opportunities and provide expert advice on external and underground plumbing solutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain a proactive approach to account management and after-sales support Represent the company at industry events and site meetings as required About You: Sales experience in civil plumbing will be highly regarded, however will consider people within similar industries You possess a network existing industry contacts and the ability to quickly build rapport with key stakeholders Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and a service-first mindset Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets Happy to contribute to an office environment where there work hard but enjoy ourselves whilst we do it Why Join Us?
