We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Fundraising, Marketing and Communication team as a Fundraising Administrator - Supporter Care. A key focus of this role is to ensure the provision of timely and accurate donor-centred support which enables the Society to efficiently achieve desired outcomes across fundraising operations. The successful candidate will primarily look after all things supporter care, including donation processing, administration support (via phone, email and in person), ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Daily tasks include managing key admin tasks, supporting team members with exciting fundraising projects, and providing guidance and assistance to our dedicated volunteers. This is a Permanent, Full-time (38 hours per week) position based in our State Administration Office in South Brisbane. About you To be successful in the role, you must have: Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience Previous experience in the oversight of donation processing and reconciliation. Microsoft Office suite proficiency with advanced aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel. Excellent phone manner and a professional attitude which promotes SVdP’s core values. Ability to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders. Personal aptitude for attention to detail and data accuracy. Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society.
