Super) | Based on Experience WFH flexibility – ad hoc flexibility as needed, flexibility around hours as well Part-time option – 4 days per week on offer (pro rata’d) A fun, dynamic real estate leasing team with strong tenure Easy tram access and off-street parking nearby A business that celebrates their wins and have a clear development pathway Activities and events building team morale Work on diverse and exciting shopping centre projects with leading property brands Report directly to the Managing Director with the opportunity to learn and develop Your daily duties will include: Design and implement strategic property advertising campaigns including copywriting, website content, brochures, signage, and online listings Create and execute regular social media initiatives across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook (posts, reels, highlights) Develop and distribute monthly EDMs to landlord and tenant databases Review and report on marketing campaign performance against KPIs Maintain and update the company website using Canva for design work Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and internal agents Audit all external branding to ensure alignment with brand guidelines Assist with events and identify new marketing, advertising and social initiatives Ad hoc administrative duties as required To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes: 1-3 years' experience in marketing or corporate administration (Marketing Graduates or Interns welcome) Shopping centre or property marketing experience highly regarded Residential, Commercial, or similar property experience welcome to apply across admin/marketing Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms Collaborative team player with a positive attitude – you are someone that gets things done!
