You'll work across complex cloud platforms, champion automation and CI/CD practices, and ensure customer delight is at the heart of everything we do. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and is eager to influence both people and technology outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead a team of engineers to deliver cloud and infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor. Ensure team performance through mentoring, coaching, and effective delivery practices. Drive automation, implement Infrastructure as Code, and enhance CI/CD pipelines. Contribute thought leadership via blogs, webinars, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing. Support pre-sales efforts, and influence technical design, tooling, and delivery methodologies. What We’re Looking For 3 years of enterprise experience with AWS Strong background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, Ansible), and scripting (Python, Bash). Proven leadership experience – mentoring, performance management, and technical guidance. Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), JIRA, Git, and agile methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or consulting environment highly regarded. AWS Professional certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). Bonus: Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, or relevant leadership training. What’s in It for You?
