The Role: You will be the professional face of the client organisation and deliver a seamless outstanding reception / mailroom experience to the client and also provide administration support to the facilities team including the processing of all invoices in the JLL systems, as well as some coding in the client system. Secure destruction of scanned correspondence and storage in the manner required by record management regulations.
