About the Role: Eastern Guruma is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Escort Drivers to support the transport of oversized loads across mining operations on a 2:1 day shift roster. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of heavy vehicles and equipment within a mining environment. Key Responsibilities: Escorting heavy vehicles and oversized loads within mining operations. Ensuring compliance with road safety regulations and site procedures. Effectively communicating with transport teams, site personnel, and external stakeholders. Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring all escort vehicles are roadworthy. Assisting with traffic control and maintaining safe transport routes Key Requirements: C Class manual driver’s licence (essential). White Card (essential). At least 1 year recent experience as an LV escort within autonomous mining pit environment. Prior experience escorting heavy vehicles including radio communication and vehicle, equipment inspections Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
