They have an opening for a Customer Service & Sales Support Officer which plays a critical role in delivering outstanding service and efficient sales operations for our client's product sales, rental, and equipment servicing divisions. This position is responsible for creating positive customer experiences by managing sales and service enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting the sales team in growing and retaining our customer base. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to customer enquiries via phone and email. Manage incoming enquiries through central systems and coordinate with relevant internal departments for resolution or follow-up. Accurately input and process customer orders, quotes, and payments. Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed. Address and resolve customer complaints, service issues, and warranty claims in a professional and empathetic manner. Liaise with technical and service teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain clear documentation of issues and solutions provided. Assist the sales team in managing and growing existing customer accounts. Support sales initiatives by preparing quotes, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining customer records. Work collaboratively with sales managers to identify opportunities for customer retention and market expansion. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role (preferably in the medical, technical, or equipment rental sectors). Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with a customer-first approach. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in CRM, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Empathy, patience, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
