Sales Leader / Account Director — The Rocks, Sydney

About the Role Put simply, CampaignTrack is our end-to-end marketing platform allowing Real Estate agents to to create, manage and track multi-channel property campaigns – helping to streamline the ordering and management of their print, digital and social media advertising. As the Account Director you will have strategic ownership of our long-standing partnerships with Australia’s Tier 1 Commercial Real Estate providers, who will look at you as an extension of their own teams. Note: The title of “Account Director” is subject to change, in order to align with the Domain ecosystem. However the role itself will remain as per this advert. In this small but mighty team and as the leader of two Account Managers, this is an opportunity to become a go-to expert in the realm of property advertising – crafting and executing strategic plans to grow revenue and product adoption across a small number of large (but heavily invested) clients, whilst remaining close to the detail with numbers, systems and processes. In a typical day you can expect to: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and expand product adoption across Australia’s Tier 1 Commercial Real Estate providers. Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at the executive and operational levels. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive new business acquisition. Partner with internal stakeholders (Product and Marketing) to ensure CampaignTrack remains a best-in-class solution for property advertising. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and client onboarding processes. Track performance against revenue targets. Keep a “finger on the pulse” of all Real Estate marketing products in the market, providing recommendations to clients on the best platforms to incorporate. Our Ideal Person: ESSENTIALS: Proven success in B2B account growth and retention. Experience owning key client relationships with responsibility for SLAs, contract renewal, pricing strategies and negotiations. Experience creating and executing sales strategies. A high level of self-sufficiency and ability to take initiative on problem-solving. Curious about data, insights and all things Real Estate. Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling, and making technical concepts easy to understand. Willingness to engage in day-to-day account admin and client queries. NICE TO HAVES: An Agency background within Media or Advertising. Experience managing relationships with Enterprise customers. Experience with people leadership.
