In this established role, you will provide essential system support services and act as a critical point of contact for management, staff and stakeholders. The successful candidate for this exciting opportunity will be highly knowledgeable, articulate and impactful in supporting business operations and performance. Essential requirements: Excellent business systems knowledge at the operational level, good project management practices and a very good understanding of how ICT can support business performance Proven experience in delivering quality solutions, business process improvement, integration and automation services that are aligned with business goals and objectives Demonstrated experience in supporting human resources information, work force management or contract management systems Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting, and in documenting business systems solutions, processes and procedures Excellent troubleshooting and triage skills Very good written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with internal clients and external service providers to ensure optimisation of system functionality, within and between systems, in order to deliver improved operations for the business Qualifications/Experience Tertiary qualification in related field (Information and Communications Technology (ICT) / Venue / Event Management (preferably with an ICT major)) with a minimum 3 years’ practical experience administering corporate business systems; OR Relevant equivalent practical systems experience with a minimum of 6 years’ practical experience supporting corporate business systems (experience supporting multiple systems / sites would be advantageous). Desirable requirements: Sound knowledge of training, development and delivery, and adult learning principles (preferably with a Train the Trainer or Cert IV in Training and Assessment) Knowledge of AS/ISO standards and Queensland Government Information Standards IT Service Management (ITIL) and project management qualifications (PRINCE2 / Agile) and experience Closing Date: Monday 26 May 2025 If this role sounds like you, please APPLY NOW and submit your resume in WORD format.
