23rd May, 2025 We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team, working from our Support Services Office in Wayville, South Australia. This role suits someone who is motivated, eager to learn and holds a positive attitude. Your willingness to learn and attention to detail will allow you to gain exposure to a broad range of human resources functions. Using strong communication skills, you will be responsible for forming strong relationships with project teams, employees and candidates. Responsibilities include: Facilitating end to end candidate onboarding processes, including coordinating medicals, police checks and licences & ticket verifications. Provide highly accurate and timely administration to support the HR team, including reporting, records management and maintaining spreadsheets. Assist the HR team with providing support to projects and employees, including answering queries, recruitment, performance management and remuneration. Assist with ADHOC HR projects.
