Customer Service Representative | 2 Month Contract | $38 P/H plus Super • $38 p/h super • 2 Month Contract • Tamworth About the Role We are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service and administration. Key accountabilities include: • Respond to enquiries and proactively communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the provision of high quality customer service. • Ensure the timely processing of customer applications and data using relevant information systems to support timely decision making. • Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management. • Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team. • Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team. About You • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. • Excellent customer service experience via inbound/outbound calls. • Excellent organisational skills. • Demonstrated ability to work within a small team environment and to provide effective support to the organisation.
