We are currently seeking a highly personable individual with a passion for the automotive industry to join a well-established Australian manufacturer of performance solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to support the growth of the branch, with a clear progression path to a senior leadership role for the right candidate. With flexible working hours, this position will primarily involve managing key accounts and handling inbound enquiries. This office-based sales role is ideal for someone with a background as a Parts Interpreter or similar, who enjoys building strong customer relationships and managing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound phone enquiries and providing technical advice and solutions Preparing and following up on customer quotations Maintaining regular contact with key accounts and managing ongoing relationships Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services Logging activity and managing customer data through a CRM system Being the first point of contact for clients with technical or account-related queries Key Requirements: Proven experience in the automotive industry – ideally as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role Confidence and enthusiasm for phone-based customer interaction A passion for building strong customer relationships and the ability to lead a team Excellent communication and time management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset With an excellent team culture and activity-based bonuses, the successful candidate will receive full product training, a mobile phone, and opportunities for career development.
