We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join us on a full-time ongoing basis. In this dynamic role, you will be: Providing administrative support, including minute taking, preparing reports and maintaining records. Assisting in the development of workforce projects in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders. Processing invoices, reconciling accounts and responding to enquiries raised by vendors. Participating in the development of policies and procedures. Supporting vehicle fleet management by coordinating servicing, maintenance, bookings and other duties. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in providing exceptional administrative support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of effective correspondence, filing and record management techniques. Experience in supporting fleet management activities (or a similar related experience). Proficiency in using applications within the Microsoft Office Suite.
