About the Role We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service and Export team at our Head Office in Bilbul, NSW. This customer facing role involves direct interactions with multiple customers and clients on a regular basis. Specific duties include: Receive enquiries and process customer orders Customer Feedback System receival and coordinating Ensure logistic requirements are met for all Online, National and International customer orders Perform administration and account processes Maintaining timely communication with customers and clients within the supply and distribution chain.
