The Role In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of patient services within a dynamic and fast-paced clinical setting. You will play a key role in supporting clinical operations and delivering an outstanding experience for patients and stakeholders within a busy and evolving healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily operations, including referral workflows, appointment bookings, and billing processes. Provide supportive leadership to administrative staff, promoting collaboration, accountability, and customer service. Liaise effectively with external providers, referrers, and healthcare networks to facilitate seamless patient journeys. Take responsibility for consultant scheduling, diary coordination, and the generation of operational reports. Partner with clinicians and medical teams to ensure timely, well-organised patient care and communication. Champion continuous process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency. Maintain a strong focus on service standards and compliance, ensuring all administrative processes are delivered with precision. What We’re Looking For Strong administrative background, ideally within a clinical or healthcare setting. Leadership experience (required) A collaborative leadership style and a passion for supporting and developing others. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Clear and confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset. Familiarity with healthcare software systems and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
