Key Responsibilities will include: Plan and deliver high-quality sessions in courses tailored to student needs Guide and mentor learners, providing encouragement and constructive feedback Stay up to date with industry developments to ensure relevant curriculum delivery Maintain accurate student records and contribute to a positive learning environment. Requirements Relevant qualifications and industry experience in your field or Industry and/or experience in training and developing and teaching others Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain – we can help you achieve that qualification) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and empowering others.
