Job description Senior Electrical Engineer Building Services Monday to Friday Hours: 8 - 5 Permanent Position Start Date: ASAP Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and independently driven Senior Electrical Engineer to take ownership of key building services projects within a highly respected Perth-based engineering consultancy. The role will suit someone who thrives in a client-facing, multidisciplinary environment and has a strong grasp of electrical design, compliance, and project coordination. Key Requirements Strong experience in electrical building services design and delivery Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to manage design scopes, project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables Experience working across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education Chartered status (CPEng) or working towards is highly regarded Responsibilities Lead the delivery of electrical building services designs across a range of commercial and institutional projects Oversee systems design including power, lighting, fire protection, communications, and security infrastructure Ensure compliance with NCC and relevant Australian Standards Coordinate effectively with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical quality independently Support site inspections, commissioning, and issue resolution during construction Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes About Our Client Our client is a leading WA-based consultancy with a strong reputation in delivering high-quality, technically complex building services solutions.
