This role is entry level and would suit someone looking to develop their skills within a large organization, and comes with the potential to grow within the team. General data entry, typing and administrative tasks. Monitor the integrity of data within the databases. Generation of reports as required. Updating & developing templates & process documents Prepare presentations & documents as required. Work within ecommerce data systems to make life amendments. Liaise with customers via email/phone to align both parties with correct data. Generate procedural documentation for related processes. Work in a team office environment across many different data and ERP systems Your value We are looking for someone with strong computer literacy skills and experience using the Microsoft suit particularly Excel and SharePoint. Prior experience in an administrative type role is highly regarded. You are someone with high levels of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.
