THE OPPORTUNITY Stratco Pty Ltd are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Interior Designer/Estimator to join the Gepps Cross team. Reporting to the National Shed & Garages Manager, this position will conduct the designing, CAD drawing and estimating of residential Class 1a liveable domestic buildings and domestic/commercial sheds, including the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM's) to ensure they are ready to be manufactured efficiently and effectively. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Location: Gepps Cross, SA Remuneration: $ 73,150 - $80,000 base salary per annum based on relevant skills and qualifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Apply interior design principles to optimize spatial layouts for Class 1a liveable domestic buildings & Class 10 domestic and Class 8 commercial sheds and warehouses. Incorporate design solutions to meet our customers’ needs and enhance the overall appeal of their building design. Work closely with Architects, Commercial Builders, Engineers, Industrial Designers, Product Designers and Drafters to assist with incorporating interior design features into shed designs. Preparation of detailed shed design documentation to present to the customer, including CAD drawings, building specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM) lists. Manage and provide regular updates and communication to customers on the progress of design tasks within shed projects.
