Assist in the efficient coordination of client referrals, assessments, and on boarding by managing documentation and data entry. What you’ll be doing: Process and manage incoming referrals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely coordination of client assessments. Support in scheduling and confirming assessment appointments, coordinating with clients, carers, and intake to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the client management system, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies. Monitor and update client information, ensuring consistency across internal and external databases. Provide administrative support to A&DS intake and assessment, ensuring efficient documentation, correspondence, and follow-up of client cases. Streamline workflows by identifying areas for improvement in the administrative intake and assessment processes. Confidently access and utilise My Aged Care and other relevant systems to manage referrals and facilitate service navigation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, supporting best practices in intake and assessment. The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role: Ability to gather and organise information to support client care needs and administrative processes. Experience providing administrative support and managing client records. Proficiency in data entry within client management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Familiarity with the My Aged Care system is preferred. Understanding of aged care services and community support programs. Knowledge of aged care-related policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to gain co-operation of and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Required Certifications & Qualifications: Certificate IV, Diploma, or relevant qualifications in Administration, Community Services, or related field, or equivalent experience.
