Randstad is currently seeking a Systems Support Officer to form a part of a team responsible for looking after the following: Providing a range of administrative support such as the maintenance of the client database and portal and invoice CHSP providers for services delivered to the Ageing Community. Ensuring accurate and timely process of administration including invoicing, billing, reconciliations and accounts receivable tasks. Assist with one off projects and reports as requested by the Senior Coordinators Understanding of NDIS requirements and ensuring compliance with legislation. Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent attention to detail and a strong numerical aptitude. What we are looking for; Highly attentive to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely work Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders both internal and external Experience in maintaining systems and ensuring a smooth function Previous experience as a Business Support officer or Administrator within NDIS and Disability Demonstrated ability to work within a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality.
