Adelaide, SA Exciting Opportunity for an upcoming inspiring leader As the Medical Administration Team Leader at our City West Clinic, you will report to the Regional Manager and provide leadership and support to the team. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment, you will oversee the Medical Receptionists to ensure the achievement of daily practice goals while also supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, all focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Your passion for empowering staff to provide high-quality service to both patients and referrers will be crucial in this role. Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, will be vital to your success. Duties Include, but not limited to: Oversee the daily operations of the Medical Receptionist team to ensure efficient clinic functioning. Support the Regional Manager in promoting a smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery. Cultivate team morale and maintain a harmonious work environment. Uphold customer service standards in alignment with Benson Radiology values and policies. Provide administrative support to Clinic staff, Clinic Manager and Regional Manager as needed. Monitor booking schedules, cancellations, and no-shows in accordance with clinic policies. Mentor and coach the Medical Reception team, celebrating successes and fostering growth opportunities. Champion Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including change management. Ensure compliance with WHS policies and maintain safe working practices. Manage adherence to company policies regarding Australian Privacy Principles. The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated leadership qualities Previous experience in an Administration / Reception role would be advantageous Strong administrative skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in building and maintaining key relationships with various stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
