About the Role Reporting to the Executive Officer, you'll work closely with a supportive team, including finance, communications, IT, and executive stakeholders. Your role will span office operations, HR support, travel coordination, contract administration, quality assurance, finance processing, and internal communications . This is a broad and varied position suited to someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can comfortably shift focus to meet changing priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Office & Operational Support Maintain a clean, functional, and well-stocked office environment Manage employee mobile phone accounts and hardware Arrange staff travel and accommodation in line with policy Track travel records and support the Environmental Plan HR & Quality Assurance Support onboarding/offboarding processes Update and maintain quality system documentation Participate in internal audits and team meetings Contract & Financial Administration Maintain contract registers and filing systems via SharePoint Ensure contract completion and signature processes are followed Process monthly credit card reconciliations Assist with banking and ad hoc finance tasks Communications Support Draft internal/external communications Liaise with suppliers (e.g. printers/editors) Monitor and publish social media content as directed Other Contribute to system and process improvements Maintain a current First Aid certificate Support broader corporate initiatives and compliance activities About You You're a confident and proactive administrator who's ready to take ownership of diverse responsibilities. You're detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and enjoy supporting a team to run smoothly and efficiently.
