About the Job In this role, you'll be a key part of a cross-functional Agile team, responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. You'll manage and scale the design system, collaborate with developers and architects, and deliver accessible, responsive digital experiences that align with business and user needs. From user research to UI execution, you'll drive user-centred thinking across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities Develop wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes Deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs using Figma Manage and evolve the digital design system for scalability and consistency Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile ceremonies Validate designs through usability testing and data-driven iteration Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and UX best practices Criteria Minimum 3 years' experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Figma, including managing design systems Experience conducting user research and usability testing Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design Familiarity with Agile processes and tools like Google Analytics Experience in eCommerce, online retail Interested?
