Administrator, GRC System — The Rocks, Sydney

Overview The Administrator (GRC Systems) assists the Senior Administrator & Developer Governance, GRC System with ongoing management of the Group’s GRC system to support its consistent implementation and use across the Group. The Group’s GRC system is an integral component of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework and facilitates the capture, management, action and reporting of risk and compliance data globally. The Administrator will report directly to the Senior Administrator and will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management team. The role holder will be expected to actively collaborate with colleagues in the Risk and Compliance function globally to support the consistent application and embeddedness of the framework and associated policy requirements. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus Monitor the admin dashboard, resolve any issues, and build new monitoring reports as required. Diagnose and resolve system workflow issues. Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides. Operational Management Maintain user security roles and permissions and diagnose record access issues. Maintain system organisation structure in line with the business structure and hierarchy. Work with ReadiNow (GRC vendor) to ensure any vendor issues are resolved in a timely manner and software updates and upgrades are tested in advance of go-live Support the Risk & Compliance function and the wider business to improve GRC knowledge. Support the development of standardised/automated reports and dashboards. Assist the business with data imports. Maintain GRC System intranet site. People Leadership Provide support, review and preparation of daily deliverables Collaborate closely with the team and the broader organisation to achieve shared goals, treating all colleagues and clients as valued partner Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders Governance & Risk Ongoing monitoring and improvement of risk and compliance controls Identify and escalate risk incidents, as required Adopt a risk management culture, and effectively limit risk exposure to MUFG Pension & Market Services with strategies to mitigate risk The above list of key accountabilities is not an exhaustive list and may change from time-to-time based on business needs. Experience & Personal Attributes Qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field are desirable but not essential. Strong GRC systems experience as an administrator. Good working knowledge of Microsoft VBA with experience of other coding languages such as Python or Java Script desirable but not essential. Sound report building and automation experience including the use of Power BI. Knowledge and experience of risk and compliance management. Strong problem-solving abilities, with clear decision-making skills that can analyse complex information, in a way that drives resolution across a global business line. A strong communicator, who generates confidence, influences, and motivates others. Practical experience in balancing local regulatory requirements within a group construct, ability to understand and satisfy needs of both local, regulated entities in multiple jurisdictions. An ability to connect, engage, pivot and change while at the same time being thoughtful, considerate and respectful of others.
