What we’re looking for: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar) RPEQ (or nearing registration) 7 years of engineering experience in Mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial plants Strong consulting background with Design experience Reporting, scopes of work, and ideally some job management Strong technical and hands-on problem-solving skills Genuine interest in mentoring and team leadership A confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Comfortable working on brownfields and maintenance-focused projects What’s on offer: Full-time permanent role – 38 hours/week paid additional hours Projects with real impact across small to medium-sized clients Clear pathway to Principal Engineer level with team management responsibilities Flexible work arrangements are considered for the right candidate Why this role?
