Full-time, fixed term opportunity until 31 December 2025 Providing general administrative support to our casual academic team Base salary $86,511 17% superannuation About the opportunity As a Casual Academics’ Administration Officer, you will provide general administrative support to a faculty or university school. This support relates to work allocation data entry, maintenance of work allocation spreadsheets for units of study, and day-to-day planning. You may be required to provide guidance and support to other administrative staff. Using your professional administrative experience, you will provide sound advice on policy and procedures associated with work outcomes. Your key responsibilities support casual academic teaching work allocation and record keeping maintain strong professional working relationships with faculty staff manage all documentation and emails associated with work allocation variations in line with university policy and processes. About you high level communication skills with the ability to influence others to action. excellent administrative and data entry skills, with strong attention to detail. advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. previous administrative experience in a tertiary organisation and knowledge of the higher education sector would be an advantage.
