About the Opportunity A distinguished and progressive family law firm is seeking an experienced and empathetic Legal Practice Manager to lead their Ipswich office. Key Responsibilities Legal Practice : Manage a substantial family law caseload, providing expert advice and representation to clients across various matters. Leadership & Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ipswich office, including mentoring a team of three lawyers (including a Special Counsel) and seven support staff. Strategic Contribution : Participate in monthly management meetings, contributing to firm-wide decisions, including financial planning, marketing strategies, and HR policies. Business Development : Foster and expand referral networks, enhancing the firm's presence and reputation in the region. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience : Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in family law, with a proven track record of managing complex cases. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor legal teams, with prior experience in a management or partnership role being advantageous.
