We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Administrator to support the efficient delivery of administrative and operational processes within our Job Site Solutions team. This newly created role will play a key part in managing reporting, coordinating activities, and maintaining critical business workflows. This role will report directly to the JSS Operations Manager. You will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills. Capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key responsibilities Provide administrative & support to the Head of JSS, JSS Operations Manager and JSS Excellence Manager. Manage key JSS documents, ensuring accurate version control and accessibility. Attend weekly meetings, record actions and minutes, and present an update to the Head of JSS, JSS Operations Manager, and JSS Excellence Manager on current tasks and administration updates. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to lockups, offboarding/onboarding, distribution list, car stock inventory, Qlik dashboard data. Maintain business performance dashboards and generate regular reports (Qlik, Salesforce and Cornerstone). Provide administrative and project support to the JSS team by liaising with cross-functional departments. Act as the point of contact for handling general inquiries and requests i.e. Ride Day Requests. Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures. About You Experience in a similar administrative role. Experience administrative, operational or business support preferred. Experience working with data reporting, documentation and data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and data reporting tools. Familiarity with Qlik and Salesforce (CRM) desirable. Problem solving mindset with the ability to improve workflows.
